Yes. And not just Rove but all the little Rovelets who run individual R campagins. And the Dems are stirring it up to get out their vote ('cause there are a lot of Dems who need a little assurance that they're not just heading down to the polls to get bonked again).
Odd confluence, but there's nothing wrong with a high turnout.
