I used to work with a lawyer who suffers from Parkinson's disease, and the visible symptoms would vary from day to day. Some days the tremoring wasn't as bad as others. Some days his speech was more under control than others. Some days, he'd nearly fall flat on his face while on others he'd be perfectly fine moving around. It's an awful disease.

Also, I've been told, but I haven't researched further, that some of the medication increases the shaking, because one of the effects of Parkinson's Disease is rigidity.
