If I boycott your business because you take political stances, or support policial causes I don't like, that is not censorship, that is me exercising my rights. It has nothing to do with the constitution or free speech.

Businesses can do whatever the hell they want. If they don't play the Dixie Chicks because of their political opinions, or because their customers don't like the Dixie Chick's opinions, no ones rights have been infringed and there have been no violations of the constitution.

The whole controversy has got nothing to do with the consitutionaly protected right of free speech.
