Thank you - this is what I keep noting. The R's are losing elements of their traditional base, especially the fiscally conservative but socially liberal part. There is no place else for these people to go but the Democratic party.

A Democratic "correction" is needed, and I say this is a registered libertarian who generally votes moderate Republican. You're dead on the money.
The best result is gridlock, which is what we'll have.
