Kitchen Remodeling
Is it worth it in this housing market? We plan to stay in this place for another 4-6 years (bought in 2/2006), so we'll get some enjoyment from a new kitchen, but I'd like to know what everyone's thoughts are on potential ROI. I'd like to recognize a decent portion of my investment.
