Job Description Applicant should desire to learn the litigation of significant cases. Trial experience helpful but not the most important criteria. Experience in all phases of pre-trial discovery a definite plus. Familiarity with rules of discovery and general trial proceedings will serve you well in this position. Being a self-starter mandatory as this position will allow for quick partnership route depending on your ability to get along with people and willingness to work and provide a valuable service. Out of Texas licensing (or willingness to pursue) could also be enhancing. Bi-lingual skills could be beneficial. This firm handles significant cases, which will allow for courtroom experience under the guidance of an experienced 25-year litigator. If you are looking for a 9 to 5 job, you don't need to apply.
