Job Description Applicant must have graduated in the top one third of class. The associate will assist on a maritime-LHWCA- oil & gas docket as well as on a bad faith- insurance coverage and premises defect docket. Practice includes State and Federal court; we prefer (not mandatory) the associate be licensed in federal district court.
