Well, I would feel a little odd about having a waving American flag atop the family website, just because it seems like such a non sequitur. At least it would in my family, in which I am the only lefty member. Does your family have members in the military? Own a flag business? Descend from Betsy Ross? In those cases I can see how it would make sense.
