6 eggs,
1/2 cup cream
two leeks, sweated
4 oz. diced ham or bacon
4 oz. gruyere cheese
tsp. chopped cive
1/2 tsp. chopped tarragon
salt and white pepper to taste
Slam it in a pie crust and bake at 350 till set.
