Anything but Consumer Reports.
Consumer Reports is all about the "best buy" and not the best product. They'll suggest a pile of crap that has a lot of stuff and it's cheap. And will break or have a shitty picture.
Cnet's not bad for advice, but sometimes their product choice can be dated.
