funny story disguised as a request for advice
a woman i know does "photo montages." she takes a hundred or so photos and video and put music to it and creates the films shown at bar/bat mitzvahs.
a somewhat distant old friend sent the 100 pictures selected for her younger son's video.
among them is a picture shot in some living room that takes in two chairs with an older couple in them and a couch. on the couch is the older son, stark naked with pecked clearly shown. he is about 8. the younger brother has his back to the camera, and in standing over his brother in underwear.
the thing is, a mom is supposed to select the pictures that best highlight the child. this picture, at best, highlights the older son. AND actually raises questions about what sort of odd rituals these people might be doing.
she choose to not include the shot, and the mom did not ask about it.
we are debating whether to ask the mom about the shot. thoughts?
