Yeah, well, the prosecutor just accepted a plea that involved a dismissal of all of the felony charges. She's pled to misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge. She'll pay a $100 fine and will surrender her credential.
This is totally fucking sickening. If I ever meet that DA I'd spit in his face for failing to admit that all charges should have been dropped outright. He ruined an innocent woman's life, destroyed her career, and then offered a plea deal to save face. A total disgrace to the school district and to the DA. |
You went to law school. You know the pissants who became DAs. You know the disconnect between legal ethics in an academic sense and those actually exhibited by the lawyer equivalent of a short cop. You should have dosed them third year, taken pictures, and forever prevented them from holding such lowly office.
