(I can't find the follow-up quote for when Slade and One Eyed Sam are comparing medals. But I know One Eyed Sam says something like, "This medal here is for typing..." And Spade cuts him off and says, "I got that one too! Right here! Right here!"
And finally, the scene when they're in the big shoot-out near the end and Spade gets a splinter and screams like his intestines are falling out when he removes it, gets me every time.

Yes, those and....
the pic of Jack's son with the gold chains on the mantle.
and....Jack's mother showing up throughout the flick to kick butt and
one scene the mother's stunt man was purposely obvious (bushy wig and mustache)...I think the Wayans brothers invited that schtick.
and.....Jan Brady as the wife of Clarence Williams III in the "Revolutionary Headquarters". The movie has everything. It's number one on my list (followed by The Jerk) probably for the fake body part scene alone.
