I have heard that their customer service is pretty poor. Also, check their return policies--it may not be an issue on a computer, but I'm pretty sure they believe once they give it to UPS, they're done with you.
CDW (formerly MacWarehouse) and MacConnection are two places I've bought from before and been happy with.
