Adder I am beyond a rank! Join Date: Mar 2003 Posts: 17,175	Newsflash Discovery in this country sucks, is totally out of control, and is ridiculous. And judges really need to figure out how to rule on preliminary questions (e.g., personal jurisdiction) without it.
