OK, so technically he was an armed robber but he stole drugs so I assumed he had to sell them to monetize them and that made him a drug dealer. Whatever he was, he was an interesting character. I think he's the only bad-ass gay character I've seen on a series.
And I had thought that scar was exceptionally good make-up technique. I guess learning it is real explains why it looked so real.
