I wonder if Rowe can have her relinquishment of parental rights declared void as against public policy, because the strong presumption in California is against anything that results in a person having one parent instead of two (outside of adoption, where the worse alternative is zero parents).

If she was just a surrogate, maybe she doesn't even want the kids? Whoever gets them, I hope they get a chance to live a somewhat normal kids life, all things considered.
