There's a guy in some of my classes who is from Montreal. He tends to act like he thinks he is European. Even though he took his first ever trip to France this year. I'm surprised that the Europeans in my classes never call him on his crap, but I guess they are just happy to be around someone who wishes he were European. I've never met a Canadian who lived in the US who tried so hard to distance himself from everything about America. So, yeah.
