1. How is this possible? You suck and don't suck all at the same time. You need to take another, hard look at why any of your previous relationships didn't work out.
2. A good blow job is awesome. It's not about power (unless you're on your knees, in which case it partially is). It's more about the mouth and tongue action, which really feels great. And the visual. I love the visual. If you're just talking about blow jobs to completion, then ask yourself if would like to be interrupted right before you have an orgasm.
