There is little to explain because there is little to understand. The tribes have their mandatory apparel. The hipsters have their unfortunate looking Vans and Converse. The douchebags have their Ed Hardy. The . . . well, I am not sure what tribe wears the Hollister and Aeropostale but they move with great numbers. There is nothing more to it than that, and there is nothing to be gained from loving, hating, or trying to study this axiom of modern life.
