You are detached from reality. The scenario you just described is comical. There is no need to let Zimmer punch him. There is also no need to fling him as hard as he could to the ground. I don't think any other baseball players would have acted the way he did.

Yes, I'm sure the decision was real easy from your lazy-boy. Pedro was just as surprised (or more) as everyone else that an old man was charging him. Look, I'm not saying Pedro isn't dirty. He most definitely is. But the old man should have known better. Pedro had a split second to wonder "what in god's name is going on? Who is charging me? Is that Zimmer? Is he going to keep coming at me? JESUS THIS OLD MAN IS OFF HIS FUCKING ROCKER!" And so he pushed him down.

"Fling" him? Are you serious? You've been living in lawyer world for too long.
