So, I'm saying, you aren't a total nut-job. Even if you really do know day by day your food and nutrient intake, which I gotta say wigs me out a bit.
My doc was more helpful at the last check up. He said his only worry was that my cholestral was moving into a "grey zone" - not bad yet, not good either - and that would be helped by either more exercise or a bit of weight loss or getting younger.
