I'm a fan of Paul Fredrick, which is catalog/online. Pretty much every size (collar/sleeve), and white shirts come in a variety of collars and regular or trim fit, if trim is your fit (I don't think there's an answer to that other than, "what is your body like), and barrel or french cuffs. They sometimes run deals for basic white shirts-$19 each for 3 or something, but even on their more regular sales the prices are around $40-50/shirt, depending on the fabric (I don't bother with the 80s and pinpoint, as I find the fabric a bit heavy for DC's humidity).
