you know the smell test for arguments not to make in a brief? do you get the sense doctors don't have an equivalent? how do you recommend to the FIRST guy, we'll chop out your skull and store it in your abdomen for awhile? anyone who could sell that shit could really help saving some of these cases from summary judgement.
