regular, except for the big black ones. Twirling the bag and wrapping a twist tie around just hasn't presented me with problems yet. But most of the time I just toss my garbage in the street. It's the DC way.
Now, how is there a 33% chance of normal precipitation? That's like saying there's a 33% chance that when one flips a coin, it will land on the third side--the edge. But, to the NWS I say, thanks for playing.
