Well I KNOW you don't date, silly; but the person asking the question does, and so my answer had to assume that. And while you are technically correct (as most people on this board would mainly agree) that the stupidity level of the dating pool rougly correlates to the stupidity level of the general population, I was also factoring in the point that you (ok, "one") corrals (a sort of "first cut") from the general dating pool to get a smaller pool that winnows away those at the lower end of the IQ spectrum (or at least winnows away those too far away from one's own IQ). Perhaps that was an error.
As to your last point -- you're safe. As temperature swing extremes go, so goes the sweater.
