That's a good theory, and in certain zip codes on LI you are sure to find that level of indulgence. But timmy note, the 16 year old in the article had a nose job. The age of the breast implant woman in the article was not revealed, she could have been 16, but reading comp people, let's not jump to conclusions. I'm sure there are 16 years old girls who've had boob jobs, but that seems incredibly premature. My bra size didn't reach its set point until I was 19 or so, but I didn't develop super early.
Also, note to Paigow, while it is eerie how much I look like the woman in the picture, I'd like to preserve what little (if any) crushability I might have on the boards by saying that I don't have man hands (although I do have a pronounced Adam's apple that many people mistake for a goiter).
