One could also just go for a bra fitting at a good store--the right lingerie can make a huge difference. It's all false advertising anyway that'll be revealed when the hand hits the plastic bubble or the Wonderbra smoosh-n-shove's pulled off, so why not save oneself the discomfort of surgery?
