A sexy pirate is a woman in skin-tight breeches or mini and thigh-high boots in a poufy-sleeved pirate shirt laced up the front but opened very low under a tight vest, with big hoop earrings and a sword tied on and maybe an eyepatch and headscarf, or maybe a parrot on her shoulder if she can find one.

Also on the "sexy" costume list: french maids, nurses, cops, etc.

I am dressing up and going to a party. I will not be a sexy pirate. I tend to think that I will be kinda sexy but not in a wearing lingerie sort of way.
