Are you mad? You see no difference in shockingness between the act of merely exposing a breast versus masturbating onself to ejaculation?
Lemme make it simple for you. If you show a boob in a movie, you get an R rating. If you show masturbation and climax, you get an X. That, I assume, should clear up all debate on this issue.
