Halle has a long-term financial interest in the public display of her body (including her breasts) and her image (both her literal image and her "public persona" image). Sebby just doesn't. So it makes sense that, given the investment she's made in her image and her expectations of future gain from it, that she would show rather more concern for how her image is used and expect rather greater payback for possible damage to her long-term marketing prospects. Sebby whipping his dick out on pay per view is just not going to cause legions of future employers to say "oh, he's not a serious professional, he's just a hottie with nice wobbly bits." (Not least because, compared to Halle, almost no one in the wide world cares what Sebby does, so few will notice and none of them will be able to remember his name 3 months later.)
Or, short version: Embarassment doesn't enter into it. She should charge more, because she has something to lose. Sebby doesn't.
