Potatoes
It seemed that no one in the family had signed up to bring mashed potatoes so I bought a 10 lb bag of red potatoes and then learned my SIL was doing them. So now I have all those potatoes to use up.
I'm going to offer to bring the main course to my friend's house for game night this weekend and am looking for recipes to use up those potatoes -- any suggestions?
