But otherwise, I stand by what I say.
Don't take photos of yourself naked unless you're prepared to hit the gym a lot afterward. I was appalled when I saw myself on video. I thought I was in shape, but the video seemed to indicate otherwise. Its also a good idea to do such amateur video in summer, when you tend to be tan. Winter white does not look good on camera.
