Also, I think her dilemma can be pretty easily explained by the risk of being perceived as a creepy stalker for hitting on a female performer. Obviously plenty of female groupies are creepy stalkers, but danger seems rather greater when the genders are reversed.

Also, I am going to go see which upcoming acts at First Avenue have female band members... (hi, gatti!)

This is a ways out, but I am thinking of going to see The Kills at First Ave. I would like to see you put the moves on Alison Mosshart.
