Actually, I think the evidence points to just the opposite. Sexual deviants who go through real treatment (skinnerian behavior modification, not that yippy hippy talking crap) have some of the lowest rates of recidivism compared to other criminals. Unfortunately, liberals don't like it when you hook sensors up to someone's cock, show them deviant images, then shoot blasts of amonia up their nose if they get an erection. It is a little too clockwork orange for their sensibilities. But I agree that chemical castration and "share your feelings with the group" type shit is almost completely worthless.
