Chucking it all and travelling

They have a website and upload journal entries and photos and stuff, but I'm not going to post it right now. It is one of the coolest things I've heard about lately, wish I had the guts.

Anyone tempted to do the same?

p.s. That man is purty.
I know some folks who've done this. One chick laft a gig as a consultant at a big four firm to go out freelance just so she could take off for a month or so to an exotic destination after each project. She still does it. last I heard she finished some gig in NYC and is now in New Zealand. Another couple went to Asia for a year and loved it. Its not as expensive as one would think. Before we both got involved and later hitched, I used to trade info with a friend about how much it would cost to live for a year in Costa Rica or the Caymans of the DR. I recall it was pretty cheap, and Costa Rica was populated by a lot of western drop outs, so it was an allegedly fun place to have a good time for next to nothing. And, of course, there was Prague, where everyone went after college.
