I didn't discover this attraction until my wife was pregnant, but I have found that it is not limited to her, its general fetish/kink thing.

That's because pregnant women--their skin looks clearer, their hair is growing like a weed, thick and long and their nails are growing also. all those hormones make you look healthier....of course the prenatal vitamins and good nutrition help also....
