I never leveled with any doc but a family friend, once. And he and I agreed it would be "off the chart." I don't trust docs worth shit because they write way too much and the fucking HMOs and hospitals skeev me out. I don't want to get denied health insurance someday because I admitted smoking butts to some asshole years ago or fessed up to a lurid sexual past. Its probably paranoia, but I don't say shit to docs unless they first tell me I'm OK. Once they say that, there's no reason to discuss my behaviors.
