So I got a copy of the Prosecutor's Summary of the Evidence in the Green River killer's case (guy who just pleaded to 48 murders). Here's what he said...
"During the sex act, he would tell women that he could only orgasm while entering her from behind. When the woman was on her knees "doggie style" he would get behind her. At the appropriate time,...Ridgeway said, after I got behind them penis/vagina, I would climax and usually the woman would raise her head...I would wrap my arm around her or put something around her neck and choke her."
