The (male) receptionist at my office does this terrible horking-coughing-throat clearing thing pretty regularly. When he first started doing it (5-6 months ago?) we couldn't figure out where it was coming from, as I can't see him from where I sit. It would be good if he would go and get that shit checked out. Although now when he does it, me and my cubicle-mates get a nice chuckle out of it. After the repulsion goes away, that is.
