I don’t like Congress AT ALL and I’m pretty fucking sick of the Ninth Circuit, who superficially look to liberals like Promethian heroes but actually do a lot of fucked up stuff if you pay close attention, but I would not want my rights protected solely by the state judicial system. I’m mad at them maybe 25% of the time, but federal district court judges are the only thing keeping the California legislature from doing some crazy-ass things. Thank God for Article III.

Have to love all those Tea-Party luvin' red Americuhn states who want to secede. I'm sure they believe continued federal largesse as a God-given right that wouldn't change after secession.
