I have no idea. Apparently the Planned Parenthood defense treated it like a white collar investigation, throwing everything they could to the grand jury to demonstrate compliance with pretty much law and regulation written. The attorney was at the luncheon the other day and was treated like a rock star. I'm also guessing the jury was pretty pissed off at having to watch all of those videos. The DA is a Republican who swears up and down she's anti-choice.
Somewhat relatedly, there are eight cases so far of the Zika virus in my county here in Texas. I imagine by March, the rest of the US will have a case or two, and by May (or whenever the first mosquitoes start flying) we'll be in full panic mode. Are the Republicans going to remain so committed to their anti-choice position when babies with small brains that live for at most six horrible months start being born on a regular basis here?
