Enron Decision - Law Firm Malpractice

I was just sent the following link by a member of this board (thank you member of the board).

This person informs me that the report concludes that there is sufficient evidence from which a fact-finder could determine that Vinson & Elkins and Andrews & Kurth committed malpractice under TX rules, aided and abetted breaches of fiduciary duty by Enron officers, or committed malpractice because of negligence.
