It's another place where the wacko winger contingent believes that Hillary caused something outside her jurisdiction to happen to get that sweet charitable giving flowing from some crooked Cannucks. All you half to do is connect the dots and assume she has total control over half the cabinet. And then that that half the cabinet would, but for her corruption of them all, have stepped in to stop a transaction that involved entirely non-US parties at the top even thought they only had jurisdiction over a few assets lower down in the corporate structure. And then you also have to assume she did this because there were some donors that gave money to someone who gave money to the foundation. And Bill hobnobbed with one of them on a foreign trip.
Simple. Get Bill's ear for a few minutes while circling Baku and you can have half Obama's Team of Rivals bowing toward you as if you're Mecca and doing your bidding, with Hillary leading the call to prayer as the first female Muezzin.
