I don't even think that's factually true. I thought DC required a college degree, but
apparently it's 60 hours of college credits, military or three year experience elsewhere. Looks like
Minneapolis requires at least a two year degree, although there's reciprocity for military and outstate.
Anyway, even being a cop doesn't excuse you from needing some education.
