In a perverse way, you kind of have to admire their "zero fucks given" swagger. It's like, yeah I'm lying to you, and yeah I know you know I'm lying to you, and I even know that you know that I know that you know that I am lying to you, but I am lying to you anyway, and I'm lying to you on national television about things that are incredibly easy to factually verify as lies, but fuck you, I'm lying anyways.
