Dude, there is a serious disconnect occurring in your brain.
If you want to argue that an
individual who has experienced something negative can be studied and held responsible for subsequent actions they've engaged in that are not the best decisions, go for it. I'm not sure how you could possibly reconcile how you assign a percentage blame on actions that sprung from that negative experience, but knock yourself out.
But you absolutely cannot apply this approach to a
group , because if a group of people acts in a way that is different than another group of people it is
necessarily because of outside influences on that group of people. Races do not get together and decide to act a certain way. The
only thing races share is a common treatment. Period. There is no getting around that conclusion.
