I needed a data point for the proposition that we shouldn't be concerned about false reports. Your point further underscores that broader point.
But you are correct her situation and the reports used to reach that % are apples and oranges. However, recall, the post that started this all was Less's, in which he cited the Duke Lacrosse debacle and Tawana Brawley. He mixed the apples and oranges. I commented on that fruit salad.
