I'm thinking the vote goes, and even odds he is seated. these yokels think the UN laughing at Trump merely means that he fucked them all so royally by beginning to rebuild America they couldn't help but try to show contempt, and he could not care less. Why not push the vote through. When building a 1000 year reich you don't need to worry about precedent coming back to bite you.
