I actually like flying some of the "local color" airlines. The flights from Boston to Lisbon on Air Portugal are a gathering of folks from the old country, everyone going back to see friends and family and speaking Portuguese. They've got a charm to them.

Flew them from Schenzen to Shanghai. Was fine. Food was weird to my western sensibilities but why wouldn’t it be?
